2020 CFO Leadership Conference Content Descriptions:
Conference Abstract:
CFOs have always faced a level of uncertainty. It comes with the role. Their success has always been determined by how well prepared they are to lead through it. Today’s uncertainty is more immediate and profound. CFOs face new urgent challenges in how their companies operate, ensuring the well-being of their people, and responding to market-place disruption and financial solvency stress.
At the same time, CFOs need to maintain the long view. It’s well documented that executives who can maintain both an immediate and longer view are more successful in the long term.
Looking forward, CFOs face profound continuing shifts which are changing the nature of how business is conducted. They must be prepared to respond strategically now while focusing on their immediate challenges. Examples of needed strategic responses include responding to new competitors, rethinking business models, successfully innovating their services and products faster, making new investments in technologies, and adapting new work style arrangements. Join us for conversations delving into these issues during “CFO Masterclass™”.
