SALLY MASON BOEMER
Senior Vice President for Finance, Massachusetts General Hospital
As Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Sally Mason Boemer currently oversees the Real Estate/Facilities, Finance and support services of the hospital. She ensures effective operations for a broad range of hospital departments and functions ranging from food service and security to information systems and compliance. She is a member of the financial leadership team of Partners HealthCare System, the parent corporation of the hospital, where she plays a role in establishing fiscal policies and the strategic framework for capital, operating, and investment decisions.
Sally has worked for both the MGH and Partners for twenty-six years in a various finance and hospital management roles. From 2009 to 2016 Sally was the Chief Financial Officer at MGH as well as the North Shore Medical Center adding a disproportionate share, community hospital to her financial portfolio. Her management and operational responsibilities evolved by taking on leadership opportunities with clinical service lines such as the MGH Cancer Center and institutional initiatives such as the implementation of the Epic electronic medical record and billing system.
She has a BS in Human Services from Cornell University and a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. Upon completion, she came to MGH for the nationally competitive MGH Administrative Fellowship Program.
Sally serves on the Board of several organizations such as Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries and Reading Cooperative Bank. She is a Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador, Past President of the Burbank YMCA Swim Team Parent Advisory Committee, and the current President of Meadow Brook Golf Club, Inc. In 2002, she was the recipient of the Up & Comers award by Modern HealthCare magazine and in 2011 she was listed in the Top 52 Women Hospital and HealthCare Leaders by Becker’s Hospital Review.
Sally and her husband, Eric, reside in Reading, MA with their two children, William (age 16) and Anna (14).

ROB DIETEL
Director, Executive Programs, MIT Sloan Executive Education
Rob Dietel joined MIT Sloan Executive Education after spending four years as vice consul at the British Consulate General (Boston) UK Trade and Investment. Rob also served on the British Embassy's US network board of management in 2012-2013. His specialty areas included financial Services, energy, and the US/UK legal industry. Prior to his work for the British Government, Rob worked in a variety of roles at Invesco Funds Group, Fidelity Investments, BISYS, Charles Schwab, and New York Life Investment Management.

CHRISTINE KOMOLA
Former CFO of Staples and Covetrus
Christine Komola is a senior executive officer with extensive experience leading diverse multibillion-dollar organizations through growth, integration, and restructuring. She is a go-to leader who applies creative problem solving to enhance bottom line performance, operational excellence, and shareholder value and has a history of managing the financial rigor around M&A activity and private-to-public/public-to-private company transitions as well as all aspects of capital structure, long-term fund investment strategy, and cost control.
Christine most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Covetrus where she led strategic reorganization activities that ultimately formed the $4B public company. This included collaboration with Henry Schein to spin off its Animal Health business, execution of the RMT transaction, and guiding financing agreement of a five-year term loan A and five-year revolving credit facilitate to pay for the transaction. Christine also built an executive global finance team, drove integration plans that achieved EBITDA synergies, launched an enterprise-wide savings plan, and shaped a newly formed board of the public company.
Previously, Christine served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Staples partnering with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive its strategic change from a public to private entity and execute a shift in customer approach from a B2C to a B2B delivery model. She restructured and directed the global finance organization while driving monumental cost savings, managing nine divestitures of non-core global businesses, integrating digital strategy solutions across functions, and building a robust board.
While in Corporate Accounting for Staples as Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller, she led FP&A, accounting, financial services, tax, business process, and M&A. Key accomplishments included: leading finance and M&A business teams in the $4.8B acquisition of Corporate Express, leading organizational structure and financial strategy for Staples Europe and China, launching a Lean Six Sigma Process Excellence Program, and steering the investigation and resolution of several major cyber security incidents.
Christine’s earlier roles with Staples include Senior VP & General Merchandise Manager for Furniture and Wholesalers where she grew sales and margin dollars 20%+ within 18 months, Chief Financial Officer for Staples.com, and VP of Planning, Margin, and Control.
Earlier, Christine navigated a progressive career with Ernst & Young with focus on large global clients in the financial services and consumer products sectors.
Christine holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.
A respected thought leader in her space, Christine contributes her expertise as a member of several non-profit Boards of Directors, including Vineyard Havens (BOD member and Treasurer), Catholic School Foundation (BOD Treasurer, Audit & Finance Committee member, and former Chairman of the Finance Committee) and Summer Search (BOD member and Finance Committee Chairman). Previously, she was BOD member and Audit Committee Chairman of Acquia, Inc.

STEVE PRIEST
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, JetBlue
An experienced airline finance and operations leader, Steve Priest is JetBlue’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer responsible for corporate finance, aircraft transactions, cash management, and execution of JetBlue’s financial strategy. He is also responsible for the company’s real estate and strategic sourcing units.
Priest joined JetBlue in 2015 as Vice President, Structural Programs, responsible for large-scale strategic and structural initiatives, identifying new opportunities for improvements and efficiency, overseeing fleet programs, continuous improvement, and strategic sourcing. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and CFO in February 2017.
Prior to JetBlue, Priest was at British Airways where he most recently served as SVP Atlantic Joint Business, responsible for the British Airways, American, Iberia, and Finnair transatlantic joint venture. Over the span of nearly 20 years at BA, he served as Regional Vice President, Controller for Western Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean; CFO for BA Ground Handling Services; and held senior roles in strategy and planning; customer contact and distribution; and commercial and call center operations.
He is a graduate of Victoria University of Manchester (UK) and a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant.
